Cancellation Policy
All sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance through the designated booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled date, time, and a private Microsoft Teams link to join your session. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment for the best experience. Because my channeling and energetic work begin as soon as your booking is received, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule once at no additional cost, provided you request the change at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must take place within 30 days of the original booking date. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session is considered forfeited. All services are designed to offer personal clarity, empowerment, and insight. The guidance provided during your session is based on intuitive connection with your higher self and guides, and is intended to support — not replace — any professional advice from licensed legal, medical, financial, or mental health professionals.
